Jasmin Baumgartner is recruiting for multiple Clinical Operations Managers on a permanent basis in Switzerland. The roles are based in attractive locations in the surrounding areas of Zürich.
The main purpose of the role will be to:
Evaluate the study data, track the progression and generate reports.
Arrange and manage site initiation visits, monitoring visits and site close-out visits.
Ensuring high quality, on time and within budget execution of multiple clinical studies.
Further responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the development and finalization of all needed study documents and ensure high level of precision.
Delivering results and drive for continuous improvement by setting high performance expectations and by holding yourself accountable for the results expected. Also act with a sense of urgency.
Adhering to current quality standards and SOPs.
In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Experience in within the clinical trial and research area
Sound knowledge of European regulatory requirements relating to clinical investigations.
Proven and demonstrated leadership with sound business ethics.
