Development Manager
CK Technical are recruiting for a Development Manager to join a Software company in Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries at their site based in Cork on a permanent basis. The candidate would need to relocate fully to Ireland.
The Company:Our client works with large sized pharma, bio and chemical manufacturers to improve process performance with innovative software solutions.
Location:
This role is located in Cork, Ireland. There is flexibility to work from home, however the successful candidate will need to live a commutable distance from Cork.
Development Manager Role:
Your main duties will be:
- To lead the technical development and growth of the company's web & mobile development team.
- To lead the implementation and development of new technical solutions.
- Analysing, maintaining and upgrading existing applications.
Your Background.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A degree level qualification in computer science or equivalentexperience.
- Significant experience in PHP (5+ years of commercial experience).
- Extensive knowledge of MySQL, relational database and AWS.
- Demonstrable experience in people management and mentorship.
