Manufacturing Engineer
Adrien Guimard is recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer SAP to join an important project with a global Medical Device Company at their site based in Bettlach on a contract basis for one year with option to be extended.
The main purpose of the role will be to:
- Analyze SAP master data which include workplace, equipment status, article/component/raw material status and manufacturing process status to confirm project scope
- Communicate MDR project implementation options, schedule, qualityand risk with site project lead, as well as offer recommendations based on these elements
- Work with site project lead for on-going process change to complete MPI/MPD update and fulfil project deadline
- Collect supplier MPD request based on patient contact information, follow up supplier process readiness to complete MPI
- Responsible for the creation, review and update of MPI/MPD and other EU MDR related documentations and activitie
- Responsible to originate/oversee/assist in the creation & release of change orders (COs) through Agile PLM software
Further responsibilities will include:
- Measuring and document progress towards project objectives timely
- Creating and integrating BoM/Router in SAP for variants
- Building strong and positive relationships with all areas of the company, making sure their needs and requirements are carefully considered
In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Experience in data integration in Medical device industry or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong Knowledge of MDR, ISO13485, risk management, GMP in Medical Device industry is preferred
- Experience within a manufacturing GMP or GCP Environment( Medtech- Pharma or Biotech)
- Experience using SAP and Microsoft is a must
- Experience in project management is essential
- Experience with Agile is preferred
- Familiar with validation process is preferred
- Good communication and Problem-Solving skills
- Fluent in English, German can be advantage
