SAS Programmer / Data Manager - Basel, Switzerland
Jocelyn Blackham is recruiting for a SAS Programmer to join a international consulting company specialising in drug delivery at their site in Basel. The position is based on a permanent basis.The main purpose of the role will be to:
- Manage and prepare data for state-of-the-art analysis such as PopPK or drug exposure-response (PKPD), based on ADAM / SDTM datasets
- Condust quality control and quality assurance activities on datasets and reports
- Assist in improving efficiency of data management, analysis and reporting
- Work closely with modellers and drug development consultants supporting a variety of projects, ranging on therapeutic areas and data types
In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- BSC or MSc in Pharmaceutical, Life Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics or a relevant field (or equivalent)
- Previous SAS data management experience (SAS9-Base)
- Familiarity with ADAM/SDTM data formats
- Experience with R software is beneficial
- General knowledge of clinical drug development as well as pharmacokinetics and pharmacology is essential
- Fluent English, written and spoken skills are essential
