Senior Documentation Specialist - Bern
Jocelyn Blackham is recruiting for a Senior Documentation Specialist to join a company in the biopharmaceutical industry at their site based in Bern on a contract basis until the end of 2019.
The main purpose of the role will be to:
- Support the GxP documentation management system ensuring accordance with the Quality Manual and the upcoming migration of the eDMS.
- Support the documentation management system and the continuous development of the management system.
- Supports successful eDMS migration.
- Support Process owner of DOCM in process manners.
- Support documentation lifecycle (review, approval, obsoletion, controlled copies).
- Challenge the DOCM process and improves it under the aspect of “Lean” also by collecting costumers need.
In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Degree in Information Science (Dipl. / BA) with previous experience in an GMP environment.
- Familiar with Documentum D2.
- Familiar with IT system migration.
- Fluent in English and German is a must.
