Supplier Contract Services Integration Lead - Zug
Jasmin Baumgartner is recruiting for a Supplier Contract Services Integration Lead to join a distinguished pharmaceutical and medical device company at their site based in Zug on a 5 month contract basis.
The main purpose of the role will be to:
Work in close collaboration with the Law Department, Sourcing and Business Partners to identify Suppliers for continuous collaboration and initiate with the right stakeholders the contract Amendment/Termination process, according to Supplier Contract Services processes.
Analyse the results of the Due Diligence questionnaires and collecting missing data in order to understand/map the integration process for the Legal Entities Merges, the Principal and the G4.
Organise activities, colleagues and deliverables across different groups which are involved in every transaction, guarantee that all timelines are met.
Further responsibilities will include to:
Collaborate with the Integration Team member from the full Source to Settle team and inform them on a weekly basis of the status quo.
Highlight the gaps that possibly have been formed during the old states versus the future state.
Manage stakeholders across a broad range of organisations, countries and ethos.
In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Have sound knowledge/experience in Supply Chain, preferably from performing integrations however relevant experience will be considered.
Bachelors, Masters or other university degree; or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
- Form strong relationships bringing improvements to business needs and identify concessive solutions.
