QLS have a fabulous opportunity for German speaking Facility Manager to join a renowned Biopharmaceutical Company at their based in Lucerne on a contract basis. You’ll have to work with the “engineering and facility management” team.

The Role:
The FM will have to:
• collaborate with Integrated Facilities Management companies (third party).
• oversee FM initiatives in line with agreed scope and local regulatory and employee consultation processes.
• oversee the operation of the FM strategic sourcing contracts and Service Level Agreements.
• supervise Facility Management Governance and KPI’s on behalf of client.
