Industrialisation and Optimisation Engineer - Burgdorf

Alex Tosney is recruiting for an Industrialisation and Optimisation Project Engineer to join a medical device company at their site based in Burgdorf on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company developing their next generation of products.

The primary responsibility for this position is to be responsible for planning and controlling the various projects and work packages for the area of Industrialisation and Optimisation.

Further responsibilities will include to:

  • Implement the tasks in collaboration with local specialists and ensure interdisciplinary and multi-site communication.
  • Industrialisation of new product variants, transfer of processes and machines, as well as the harmonization and optimisation of documents, resources and processes.
  • Represent the local specialists within the product maintenance and ensure the implementation of the assigned tasks.
  • Participation in audits as a specialist and representative of the process validation department.

In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • BSc qualified or a completed apprenticeship in a relevant Technical/Engineering discipline.
  • Additional training in business administration or project management.
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable, responsible role.
  • Technical understanding as well as analytical, logical and networked thinking.
  • Fluency in German and English.
