Program Manager IT
CK QLS is recruiting for a Program IT Manager for a Global Pharmaceutical company based in Zurich on a contract basis for 3 months – hybrid.
In this Program IT Manager, as the Scrum Master, you will work as part of the Agile Transformation Track &Trace- and Serialization-team. You will accelerate the company’s journey towards business agility through coaching, facilitating, and mentoring.
The Program IT Manager’s Responsibilities:
- Support agile delivery of global projects of Unique Product Identifier (UPI, Track & Trace and Serialization) and coordinate UPI-projects and activities
- Think creatively and entrepreneurially about additional improvement opportunities to UPI- operations, and raise them for consideration/prioritization within the UPI-portfolio of initiatives
- Champion agile transformation by providing agile capability building and training to project teams across UPI (ad hoc coaching, or project participation). Including familiarity with key agile methodologies(Scrum)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Previous experience consulting in the pharma industry and in Lean/ Agile development
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Q-test, Veeva Vault DMS, SAP Advanced Track andTrace for Pharmaceuticals (SAP ATTP), SAP ICH and Tracelink a plus
