Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

Duration: Till January 2026
Rate: Up to CHF57.76 per hour (8 hours per day) depending on experience
Your main duties as a Supply Chain Specialist will include:
- Coordination, organization and controlling of temperature
- controlled Air and Ground transportation of national and international Shipments
- Coordination and planning of Shipping activities in close collaboration with the internal and external Requestor
- Acting as Contact Person for Export / Import questions
Additional duties will include:
- Checking and Controlling of Compliance aspects (as Export/Import Licenses, Global Trade Compliance, good distribution practices GDP)
- Generating shipping documents (as Proforma Invoice, pick lists, dangerous goods Certificates) or Import documents
- Supporting the Import Group for Import activities (cross trained)
Your Background:
- Up to 2 years’ experience in Export and/or Import Activities
- Project management skills
- Flexible and team
- oriented
- Diligent and quality oriented
- Structured and proactive working attitude
- Experience with SAP is a plus
Language requirements:
English and German (verbal and written) at professional working level
