Administrative Assistant
CK QLS is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a Global Pharmaceutical company based in Zurich on a contract basis for 6 months.
Administrative Assistant Role: The role will be to perform basic administrative duties and office support activities for their team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates documents and correspondence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point to track, document and report data.
- Review and proofread documents.
- Arrange travel for the team ordepartment; completes expense reports in a timely manner.
- Research solutions and responds to email and phone inquiries with direct guidance and review from direct supervisor.
- Enter requests for payments into accounting system based on documentation provided.
- Perform various administrative tasks and any other relevant task per request and participate in authorized on and off-site meetings and group activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous working experience in admin roles.
- StrongPC literacy including basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
