Export Specialist
QLS are recruiting for an Export Specialist to join a Global Biopharmaceutical company based in Lucerne on a contract basis for two years.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination, organization and controlling of temperature controlled Air and Groundtransportation of national and international Shipments
- Coordination and planning of Shipping activities in close collaboration ship with the internal and external Requestor
- Contact Person for Export / Import questions
- Check and Control of Compliance aspects (as Export/Import Licenses, Global Trade Compliance, good distribution practices GDP, etc.)
- Generating shipping documents (as Proforma Invoice, Pick lists, dangerous goods Certificates, etc.) or Import documents
Support the Import Group for Import activities (cross trained) Qualification:
Up to 2 years’ experience in Export and/or Import Activities
- Project management skills
- Flexible and team
- oriented
- Diligent and quality oriented
- Structuredand proactive working attitude
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- English and German (verbal and written) at professional working level Apply:
