Senior New Product Introduction Quality Engineer
Senior NPI Quality Engineer - Neuchâtel
Jasmin Baumgartner is recruiting for a Senior NPI Quality Engineer to join a company in the medical device industry at their site based in Neuchâtel contract basis until December 2020.
The main purpose of the role will be to:
- Directly contribute on the international NPI team to develop the product in the company's design control system and transfer the product to manufacturing.
- Support and lead design control activities for NPI projects.
- Champion supplier risk management activities for the NPI team.
Further responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and reviewing NPI related protocols, reports, procedures, specifications and systems to provide QSR/ISO compliance consistent with the development of medical device products.
- Conducting and leading process validation activities.
- Leading internal audits of the quality system to assure adherence to corporate policies, internal standards/requirements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- BS degree in an engineering or technical discipline is preferred with previous practical experience. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record implementing Quality System improvements to meet compliance and overall business goals.
- French is essential in order to be considered for this position.
