Value & Evidence Strategy Lead - Zurich, Switzerland
Crystal Spilsbury is recruiting for a Value & Evidence Strategy Lead to join a leading innovative pharmaceutical company at their site based in Zurich on a contract basis for 6 months.
The main purpose of the role will be to:
- Be the primary advisor to the LOCs, via Evidence and Value Generation Hub (EVGH), on planning, communicating and generating evidence that will optimise patient access for Takeda medicines.
- Prioritise evidence needs with EUCAN and EM to assist in generating a common position for communication to global teams.
- Generate RWE / Payer Solutions by improvement of RWE standards, RWE infrastructure development, and use of new regulatory pathways.
- Develop patient reported outcomes in collaboration with various teams.
- Interfacing with the internal partners from Global Market Access, Global clinical development team and the members of the EVGH, as well as external HE experts.
- Developing Health-Economics Models, systematic literature reviews and indirect treatment comparisons in collaboration with various teams.
- Collaborate with the EVGH, Centres of Excellence (CoEs), and Global Market Access Team members to support needs for HE modelling and assessments that can support brand value evaluation.
- Support needs for HE modelling and assessments that can support brand value evaluation.
- Serving as a capability building / “training centre” for HE & HTA topics.
In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Master or PhD level with a focus in analytics (ie, economics, pharmacy, biostatistics, econometrics, statistics or mathematics).
- Previous experience within Pharmaceutical would be advantageous, although consultancy experience is considered.
- Previous experiences in HE&OR modelling (CEA, CUA, BIM, HTA submissions, meta-analysis, MTC, ITC, Kaplan-Meyer analysis, etc…including program development and users guides) would be beneficial.
- Experience in developing HEOR strategy to support value proposition development for innovative medical products.
- Strong experience in performing statistical/mathematical modelling using techniques such as decision tree analysis, Markov Modelling, Discrete event simulations.
- Strong understanding of global payer environment, including coverage and reimbursement, pricing and contracting, formulary management and health technology assessment.- Good understanding of clinical development and the needs of HTAs and payers from clinical trials and development programs.
