CK QLS are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export & Logistics Coordinator to strengthen our clients team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with international partners, and has a strong interest in logistics and compliance.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee temperature-controlled air and road shipments across national and international routes
- Plan and manage shipping activities in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including proforma invoices, packing lists, and dangerous goods certificates
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Process customs declarations using systems such as ExpoVit
- Act as the central point of contact for all export-related inquiries within the organisation
- Proven experience in export and/or import operations
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with a high attention to detail
- A proactive, structured, and independent working style
- High level of responsibility and commitment to quality
- Excellent German and good English language skills (written and spoken)
- Solid IT skills; experience with SAP is an advantage
