CK QLS is looking for an Export Specialist with a global biopharmaceutical based in Lucerne.

Duration: 1 year

Work: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Distribution activities are aligned in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

    (e.g.GCS departments WAG, CSPM Demand and Supply Planners USA, freight forwarders, etc.).

  • Coordination, organization and controlling of temperature-controlled air and ground transportation of national and international shipments.
  • Preparation of shipping documents for export and import to the destination country in accordance with the Global Trade Compliance Standard / Good Distribution Practice (Proforma Invoice, packing lists, dangerous goods declaration, issuing Certificates of Origin, etc.)
  • Performs customs declarations through Passar (Expovit) system.
  • Is responsible for ensuring compliance with country-specific import requirements (customs authorities, veterinary, environment, health) as per the GCS Country Requirement Database and other regulatory provisions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and advisor for both internal teams and external stakeholders, providing guidance and support in the field of distribution.
  • Support the import group for import activities.
Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent education.
  • Several years of professional experience in Export.
  • Very good knowledge of ERP systems and confident use of MS Office (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style.
  • A team-oriented, service‑minded, and resilient personality.
  • Business‑fluent German skills (spoken and written) and good English skills.
