About the Role:

A leading pharmaceutical company in Switzerland are seeking a Process Engineer, to join it's Manufacturing Science department. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a key role in drug product technology transfer, ensuring the successful integration of manufacturing processes into the receiving unit.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with cutting-edge biologics manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the SME for drug product manufacturing and technology transfer processes.
  • Provide technical support to receiving unit teams during tech transfer projects.
  • Assess, identify, and mitigate risks associated with process changes.
  • Collaborate in process validation and equipment qualification activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during transfer and production.
  • Prepare and review key documentation (protocols, reports, risk assessments).
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with cGMP, regulatory, and internal quality standards.

Profile & Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree in Biotechnology or related scientific field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Fill & Finish (FF) operations, particularly for recombinant protein drug products.
  • Hands-on experience with drug product manufacturing and technology transfer.
  • Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and French (both required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
