The Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who will ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will directly contribute to product quality and patient safety while collaborating across departments in a matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with cGMP/cGDP, regulatory requirements, industry standards, global guidelines, and local processes
- Support preparation, evaluation, and release of product batches for the Swiss and Liechtenstein markets
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within quality processes
- Support handling of product returns, deviations, CAPA, change control, supplier qualification, and PQR management
- Assist with quality-related projects and regulatory inspections
- Conduct training on quality procedures, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- University degree in pharmacy or natural sciences (PhD is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance
- Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements (TPA, MPLO, GMP, GDP)
- Experience in dealing with authorities and audits
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with high attention to detail
- Fluent in English and German (French is an advantage)
- Certification as an internal auditor is a plus
