CK QLS are currently seeking a Quality Control Analyst, to join our client's dynamic and fast-paced laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in biochemical analysis techniques and thrives in routine work, while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare solutions for QC Analytical testing.
  • Perform biochemical analyses such as ELISA, enzymatic activity, Western Blot, etc.
  • Supervise and execute laboratory activities in accordance with GMP/GDP and internal procedures.
  • Follow and enforce all applicable procedures and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations.
  • Accurately complete lab documentation, logbooks, and forms in line with ALCOA+ and Good Documentation Practices.
  • Immediately notify the Supervisor of any non-conformities or invalid results and initiate quality events within deadlines.
  • Lead or support laboratory investigations.
  • Ensure calibration and maintenance of equipment are up to date before analysis.
  • Follow planning requests and proactively report any issues.
  • Execute qualification and validation protocols for reagents, consumables, methods, systems, and equipment.
  • Maintain real-time Kanban system management.
  • Apply 5S principles to ensure lab organization and cleanliness.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum education: CFC in Laboratory Sciences/Biology or a related scientific field.
  • At least 3 years of QC laboratory experience in a cGMP environment.
  • Hands-on experience with electrophoresis, ELISA, and enzymatic activity analysis.
  • Strong understanding of biochemical methods and technologies.
  • Fluency in French; technical proficiency in English.
  • Swiss or EU nationality, or a valid Swiss work permit.
  • Structured, quality-driven, and comfortable with routine tasks.
  • Motivated by fast-changing environments and able to deliver consistently high-quality results.
