Reliability Engineer
CK QLS are looking for a Reliability Engineer, to join a global Pharmaceutical company, based in Neuchatel, for a duration of one year.
Responsibilities:
- Improving the reliability of equipment, critical systems and maintenance processes by applying the principles of Reliability Engineering program.
- Measuring reliability performance and demonstrate success of improvements.
- Leading reliability driven actions that require independent and/or collaborative judgment.
- Supporting capital projects as needed.
- Determining the Equipment Importance Level for Equipment/System.
- Determining maintenance strategies based on Equipment/System importance level for new and existing equipment/System.
- Developing maintenance plans for new and existing equipment/systems.
- Technical content of preventive maintenance SOPs.
- Identifying opportunities for improvements in maintenance programs and implement appropriate changes to the maintenance strategy for equipment.
- Owning the equipment maintenance improvement initiatives.
- Evaluating requests for PM extensions, provide technical justification and approve if justified.
- Leading and/or participating in Root Cause Analysis Teams.
- Performing analysis of failures applying appropriate analysis techniques (data analysis techniques, FTA, RCA, RCFA), in order to identify and eliminate the causes of functional failures.
- Responsible for accurate content of equipment master data within CMMS.
- Defining the content of the equipment spare parts list (EPL), BOMs, and stock level.
- Report key performance metrics for equipment/systems.
- Monitoring and analyzing data and trends for equipment that are of most importance to the business.
Candidate’s requirement:
- Knowledge of a GMP environment.
- Operationnal maintenance methods.
- Based on fact and datas.
- Methods oriented.
- Analytics.
- English speaking & writing.
- Knowledge on CMMS system (JDE, SAP..).
