Job Title: Synergie Production Technician (Shift Work – 2x8)

About the Role:

As a Synergie Production Technician, your primary responsibility will be to support aseptic filling operations by preparing materials and buffers. You will be working in a highly regulated environment where adherence to cGMP, BDP, and EHS standards is essential. This is a shift-based role (2x8), requiring flexibility, autonomy, and a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and non-routine production activities, including buffer and material preparation for aseptic processes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, BDP, and EHS regulations.
  • Identify and report technical and organizational issues promptly.
  • Maintain production areas in a compliant and clean state.
  • Monitor personal training and ensure tasks are performed competently and independently.
  • Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to promote team efficiency.
  • Demonstrate ownership and initiative in daily tasks.
  • Respect and follow leadership behaviors and organizational processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • BAC +2 in biotechnology, chemistry, biology, or biochemistry, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Good knowledge of one or more of the following areas:
    • Cell culture.
    • Protein purification.
    • Process support activities on a production line.
  • Ideally, hold a CFC in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Production Technology or an equivalent diploma.
  • Previous successful experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industries.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Experience working in a controlled environment/cleanroom is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in French (minimum B2 level).
