We offer a great opportunity for an Automation Engineer to join one of the leading medical devices companies in Switzerland. The position is offered on a contract basis until the end of 2019. As the ideal candidate you will have a background in visual technology for automatic identification of products in the line. You will advise and support in the definition of a strategy to implement increased capabilities in the automatic identification and verification of products for laser marking and packaging. This role also involves the following:
- Focus on the development and implementation of the automation strategy for the areas: part inspection and laser marking.
- Identify and recommend transformational process opportunities across the different value streams with focus on automated solutions.
- Determine standards and guide lines for automation engineering activities
